WESCO HR Director’s Dedication To Non-Profit Work Recognized: Student Loans Forgiven
Denison, IA (March 18, 2022) – WESCO Industries’ Human Resource Director, Brittany Webb, has worked for the Denison, Iowa, non-profit for over ten years. Because of her dedication to working full-time for a non-profit for a decade, Webb was able to qualify for the Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program and had 100% of her student loans forgiven. The entire WESCO team is proud of her commitment to this line of work.
Before beginning her career as the Human Resource Director, Brittany came to WESCO after graduating from Iowa State University in 2010. As Human Resource Director at WESCO, Webb focuses on vital aspects of the non-profit such as benefits, leadership development, diversity, employee relations, employee development, and staffing. But Webb has played an essential part of the team in various roles within the organization. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services. After receiving her diploma, she began her career at WESCO as a Contract Team lead, working one-on-one with WESCO individuals. Webb quickly moved into the role of Quality Assurance Coordinator, where she oversaw necessary documentation, from individuals’ service notes to WESCO’s Annual Report and more. After four years in that position, Webb transitioned into the role of Human Resources in 2014.
