Our services

Six ways we support people

Most people come to WESCO needing one thing and stay connected as life changes. Every pathway below can lead into another - and moving between them does not mean starting over.

Mental health & recovery

A place to regain stability and take the next step.

Stepping Stones provides short-term transitional living in Vail for adults moving forward from hospitalization, homelessness, placement, mental-health challenges or substance-use recovery. WESCO helps each person rebuild daily-living skills, access benefits and healthcare, connect with appropriate treatment and recovery resources, and prepare for a more stable life in the community.

In crisis right now?

The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is free, confidential and available 24/7.

  1. A safe place first

Room and board for 30 to 90 days, so nothing else has to be figured out from a shelter or a hospital bed.

  2. Benefits and coverage sorted

Help securing Social Security, Medicaid and the medical support that keeps recovery going after discharge.

  3. Connection to treatment

Coordination with the mental-health and recovery resources each person needs, alongside daily-living skills that make independence stick.

  4. A real place to go next

Placement or relocation in the community they choose - often into WESCO’s own residential or supported living programs.
