Impact

There is always something going on at WESCO!

Impact

Impact isn’t something we announce — it’s something that happens every day.

At WESCO Industries, impact shows up in jobs earned, confidence gained, skills learned, and lives stabilized. It’s found in early mornings, second chances, steady paychecks, and the quiet pride that comes from meaningful work.

This page is where we share the outcomes of that work — not just what we do, but why it matters.

Community at the Center

WESCO’s impact doesn’t stop at our doors.

We work alongside:

  • Local employers

  • Community partners

  • Schools and agencies

  • Families and advocates

Because lasting change happens when a community shows up together — and keeps showing up.

Annual Duck Race

A Community Event — In Every Way.

WESCO’s Annual Duck Race is more than a fundraiser.
It’s a celebration of generosity, trust, and shared decision-making.

Every duck adopted supports something bigger — and every dollar raised is given back to the community.

Here’s what makes the Duck Race different:

All funds raised through the Duck Race are reinvested locally.
Nothing is held back. Nothing is redirected.

Even better — the community decides where the proceeds go.

Each year, community members vote on organizations and causes that matter most to them, ensuring the impact reflects real needs, real voices, and real priorities.

It’s not just fundraising.
It’s collective giving.
