Brittany is the Human Resource Director at WESCO Industries, who focuses on benefits, leadership development, diversity, employee relations, employee development, and staffing.
Before beginning her career as the Human Resource Director, Brittany came to WESCO after graduating from Iowa State University in 2011. She started as the Contract Team Lead, working one-on-one with WESCO’s individuals. Soon after, she moved into the role of Quality Assurance Coordinator, which she held for 4 years. Here, she had agency-wide documentation oversight, from individual’s service notes to WESCO’s Annual Report. In 2014, Brittany transitioned out of the QA department into the role of Human Resources.
Brittany was born and raised in Denison; she graduated from Denison High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child, Adult, and Family Services from Iowa State University. Brittany enjoys spending time at home with her husband and two daughters. Her hobbies include reading, working out/ running, watching documentaries, and college football.
