Mackenzie Kock

Program Coordinator-RCF

My name is Mackenzie Kock and I am a Program Coordinator at WESCO Industries. Before becoming a Coordinator, I worked one-on-one with WESCO individuals as a Program Specialist from June of 2019 to April of 2020. Before coming to WESCO, I worked as a para-educator at Ar-We-Va High School for four years.

I graduated from Buena Vista University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Psychology. I grew up in Correctionville, IA, but currently reside in Arcadia, IA, with my husband Jared and my dog Boomer. In my spare time I enjoy coaching softball at Ar-We-Va and spending time with my family and friends.

Seeing so many individuals succeed in life and being able to transition back into the community is the best part of my job. - WESCO Industries Employee
They can't tell you when you start this job there may come a time where you find you're more comfortable surrounded by people with developmental disabilities than when you are with the general population. But it happens. - WESCO Industries Employee
