Nursing Supervisor

Hello, my name is Darcy Boettger and I am the Nursing Director for WESCO Industries. I joined the WESCO team in 2025. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2001 and have worked in many different areas of nursing including Surgery, Population Health, Family Medicine Clinic, Prior Authorizations and Triage.

I grew up in Dow City, IA and graduated from Boyer Valley High School in Dunlap. I went on to Western Iowa Tech Community College and obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Then to Iowa Central Community College for Associate Degree Nursing.

My husband Dave and I have 4 children, Emily, Anna, Gus and Hugo. We live on a farm outside of Denison where my husband raises cattle, corn and beans. In my free time I enjoy reading, puzzle races, time at the lake, do it yourself projects, gardening, and road trips.
