Our Services

WESCO Industries offers services for individuals with disabilities through many different programs and autism services, including Residential, Supported Employment, Day Habilitation, Children and Group Respite, 24 Hour and Non 24 Supported Community Living, Transitional Living, and Adult Day Services.

WESCO Industries began service as West Central Iowa Workshop in 1965 when an initial feasibility study meeting was held in the local community.

PEARL is a Proactive Treatment Interaction that WESCO Industries has adopted into its culture. It is can be defined as “a social exchange between individuals that is intended to result in greater independence, autonomy, or inclusion for the one the individuals in the exchange.”
